The Cotton Candy Blizzard has been discontinued, and I haven't heard of any plans to bring it back. Yes, absolutely you can order Blizzards that don't have fruit or chocolate in them. Just ask the staff at your local DQ restaurant if they would make a special one for you. We have caramel topping, we have CheeseQuake pieces, and we have pie pieces. Many DQ restaurants carry Marshmallow and Peanut Butter toppings too. Ask at your local restaurant! I am sorry! If you want a job where you can make friends or so that your kids can learn good work ethic you should consider DQ!
