We live in Winnipeg, MB (not so affectionately referred to as either Windypeg or Winterpeg) where the winter temps are frequently -25 to -30 Celcius with windchills which take it 10 degrees colder. My kids (11 & 12) and I are at DQ about once a week. There is just something about DQ icecream which makes the outdoors not feel quite so cold. I can relate.
