Can’t stop knitting!

Call me crazy (perhaps you already do), but I’ve been on a bit of a knitting kick lately! It started out innocently enough. I lurked around a couple of blogs, I made a stop at the craft store and soon I had my very own handmade, lopsided washcloth. I got the hang of it, though, and wrangled out a few scarves and an afghan. I then moved on to things with sleeves. That’s when I got a brilliant idea: Blizzard® koozies! I could knit a new one every month to keep the current Blizzard of the Month cozy and comfortable. I’m halfway through my Pumpkin Pie Blizzard Treat koozie. I’d post a pic, but I’m a little embarrassed to show my work before it’s finished. But enough about me. How about you?
Any Blizz fans out there also have mad-crazy knitting skillz?
I’d love to hear what projects you’re working on!

Well Blizz prez I may not be as talented as you when it comes to knitting however I do have a thing about creativity which involves creating blizzard rooms.
The blizzard rooms are where each blizzard has it’s own privacy in it’s own domain looking at pictures of itself ( I take a lot of them ) , be with it’s trusty sidekick ( DQ blizzard spoon ) , yet lastly it’s own thrown & bed ( the blizzard cake of itself ) , an like you I am on the pumpkin pie right now.
Lastly I don’t think your crazy for I you think about the blizzard ( who doesn’t ) then there is no way you can be crazy ( however it is possible to go nuts especially when you started off the year with the awesome nutty banana blizzard )

We just had Blizzards last night & were discussing the need for Blizzard koozies! I’m also a knitter & crocheter – I’d live to see what you’ve worked up!

Well I don’t knit well by hand. However, I love my electronic knitting machine. Just wish I had room to keep it up all the time.
I also quilt, crochet, which is fun to do as well. DO you crochet?
well I have started a blanket three times. it called for worsted weight and it is doubled using two strands. Dumb me decided on a lb of love. well it didn’t work, ripped it out. and the pattern is calling for size 17 needles. I’m wondering if Caron the lb of it would work. I’m trying to learn magic loop, that isn’t working either, and I have a dishcloth blanket that is almost done. I love knitting but right now I’m taking out more than I like to.
