hey I used to get free coupons for a buy 1 get 1 blizz free and do not get them anymore. Only way hubbie & I cna afford to go to get a DQ.

I feel the same way – I tried printing a buy one, get one coupon and when it didn’t work, I sent out an email. Not only did I not get my buy one, get one blizzard, no one wrote back to me either.

Talk about poor business practices! =P

Did anyone try February’s blizzard of the month? I missed it…but maybe I can still get one…I think vanilla soft serve, cherry syrup and oreo cookie pieces would be really good – wasn’t that sort of what Feb’s blizz was like?

Of course, anything with peanut butter and chocolate is my kind of thing too. Yum!

I wonder what my baby will like when s/he is born in August…I’m sure at that point, I’ll LIVE at DQ…lol

Not much of a poet, but here’s my try;

Lament

Went to DQ to get a treat,
ice and snow covered the street.
Arrived on time and pulled up to order,but read the sign;
BE BACK IN SUMMER.

That poem was not as bad as some that I have read.

looks like i am not the only one that isnt getting my buy one get one blizzard coupon…… just have to do without i guess!!!

Does anyone else get upset when you have eaten about 1/2 to 2/3 of your blizzard and hit nothing but vanilla ice cream?? The blizzard maker needs to make sure to add enough product to the ice cream and then mix it all the way through!

Why is it that Choco Cherry Love is only good in February? ANy other time I go to get this awesome blizzard(made with chocolate ice cream of course!) they ruin it by not using the chunks of chocotlate but substituting the chocolate shell syrup they use on dip cones. It’s awful, making thin tasteless little flakes of chocolate instead of flavorful bites of yummy chocolate chunks. It must be cheaper than reordering the chunks. The worst part is I never know until I drive away and try the first few bites and then I’m so disapointed it will be another year. I’ve tried several DQ’s and they all do the same thing.

I think a good Blizzard flavor would be a Twix Bar Blizzard. You could put chunks of Twix bar in it PLUS extra caramel and cold fudge to make it even “Twixier”! What do you think?
