Please bring back the Cotton Candy Blizzard in California. It was your best blizzard. I would be a much more regular customer if that blizzard was in existance.

Where do I go to complain about the coupon that the fan club sends me every other month. All year long it wont print and I cannot try and reprint because it is a one time use.

Why why why don’t you bring back Cotton Candy? It is was and will forever (FOREVER) be my favorite blizzard. I go with my son once in awhile and he can get a knock off of the flavor he likes at many different restaurants. If you had Cotton Candy Blizzards – we’d both be ALL YOURS!! NUMMY!

Went to the Dairy Queen on King George Hwy in Surrey BC at the beginning of last month to try the Brownie turtle blizzard. Was told they were out of pecans, brownie and skor bits. Asked if this was just their location, she said yes. Drove to the other location on 120th St. They were out of pecans, brownie, crispy crunch, skor, peanut butter cups…..very disappointed. Went back at the beginning of July to try the new Candy shop blizzard, they hadn’t even heard of it (but I had already seen the commercial). Very disappointing. Now I do not have a valid buy 1 get 1 coupon to use.

Hi I have a team “Karen’s Team” for the dq/oreo contest. but my team invites can not figure out how to register under my team. I tryed to find out how they register also but nothing worked. My invitees are on facebook go to my team page but can not find where to register they still show as pending. Please help! Thank you Karen

Hi i received a 20 gift card and went to use it at one of the TWO places where im living and they said they were privately owned and didnt take my gift card. Can you please tell me where I can redeem the gift certificate i have!!!?!

As the comments before me, what is happening to the DQ’s of American? Are the best one’s only located in certain areas. The one in my neighbor hood is awful. Always something missing or we’re out of this and that, it’s not clean and the poor Freezer that houses the Ice Cream Cakes, looks dirty and very few cakes to choose from. Help us to have a better DQ in our neighborhood.

I joined the DQ Blizzard of the Month Club some time ago when I first moved out to where I live now… and have still not recieved my coupons for the buy 6 get one free from you. I asked the local DQ people where I go and they said to contact your website to see why I have not as of yet gotten them. Rather discouraging being I go there 1 to 2 times a week and cannot use the offer I signed up for.

Our local Dairy Queen, Lincolway East in Mishawaka, IN, just told my son that we use the Blizzard Club BOGO coupons to much and that this is the last one that they will except from our family. Is there a limit because we do have 5 people in our family and all of us our members.

With more people being diagnosed with diabetes I would like to see some sugar free ice cream cakes

Hi Sharon, as a member of the Blizzard Fan Club you should receive six Buy One Blizzard Get One Free coupons a year, twice near the beginning and end of the year, one on your birthday, and another on the anniversary of the day you joined! Unfortunately the Fan Club does not send out the buy six get one free coupons.
