Is this blizzard only in the states? I live in Montreal, and they didn’t have it where I live

Our Pumpkin Pie Blizzard is available in both the United States and Canada. In fact, it is our October Blizzard of the Month. It is possible that the location you visited may not have the necessary ingredients yet in their store seeing as it is early in the month. I would check back and/or visit another store to see if it is being offered.
