I used to work at a DQ and we would always turn it. Heck, I've even handed them out the window upside down.

Hi Bobbi, we are so sorry. Please contact the management of the store you visited or you may contact us at http://tiny.cc/3uv19 and we will forward your comments for you. Thanks. Also, a majority of our DQ Restaurants are independently owned and operated, so it is ultimately the franchisee's decision to have his/her team members flip Blizzards over before handing them to customers.

We just bought some blizzards tonight from our local DQ and it was so runny there is NO WAY I would have turned it upside down. Actually I've never been to a DQ where they have ever turned it upside down!

I agree with Hollie's comment. The blizzards that I get at dairy queen are always runny also. This has happened at least half a dozen times no matter the day or time I stop there. If I go through the drive-thru, I usually end up putting the blizzard in my freezer for awhile before I eat it. I would not turn my blizzard upside down because I think at least half of it would fall out of the cup.

well i only wish that the blizzards were still upsidedownrightthick when i was growing up in the small town of Goodland ks they sure were they would even do the upside down test before handing it out the window to you. however over here in newton ks every time i get a blizard there it is always runny and i would be very scared to turn it upside down. it always looks as if they added milk to it or it had been sitting out for a quite some time. the blizzards just arent the same at this place
