This new Oreo Cookie Jar Blizzard sounds like a real treat! Since having tried every new blizzards flavor or DQ treat as it comes out, I admit I’m not always 100% satisfied. Oddly, I always pay extra to customize the blizzard to take it that extra step, making it virtually chocolate perfection!
My most common flavor combination, to satisfy any chocolate lover completely, has to be cookie dough w/ M&M’s, with chocolate ice cream, instead of vanilla!
Some say too rich. I’ve never heard of too rich! To myself and a few others, delicious.
I look forward to sharing this new blizzard flavor Oreo cookie jar with my family! Always looking forward to experiencing chocolate perfection!

Laura, I am sorry that we discontinued a Blizzard flavor that was your favorite! Flavors are discontinued for many reasons, primary among them is that usually there is not enough demand for the product.
my all time favorite Blizzard was the German chocolate one – sadly it’s not available anymore
My 2nd favorite was the chocolate covered strawberry – it’s supposed to be chocolate covered cherry – but I don;t like the cherry stuff – so I substitute strawberry – yummy – and bonus – it’s still around!!!
Even tho some blizzards are discontinued, the DQ I work for will still make the blizzard as long as we still have the ingredients for them available. (DQ approved ingredients). That keeps happy customers coming back. I love working at DQ…that was my first job out of high school in 1980 and I still work there part-time at a seasonal DQ that only sells ice cream products. I was glad to see the cakes come out…I have so much fun decorating them. I love when new blizzard flavors come out. I with they had a “Mounds” candy bar blizzard.
Nope…this one may be good but I wait every year for the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard. Ohhhhh…its worth every new pound. lmao
I haven’t had a blizzard in a long time because they discontinued my favorite – the Nestle Crunch blizzard… since then, I’ve tried the banana split blizzard and the cookie dough, but they are not that good compared to the Nestle Crunch goodness. Come on DQ, bring it back, bring it back, bring it back!!!!
