Sorry to hear that you had trouble with DairyQueen.com and our online menu. I will tell you this we are looking at changing the look and feel of our menu online so that it is a little easier to find everything.

My wife is stopping by the local DQ to pick up a treat for us. I can't remember the name of what I want so I jump on line to check out the website. I want to see a big menu with all the choices just like I see in the store. Instead I see a couple of big pictures at a time. Treats and Eats with four pictures on each one. Maybe that is how you think your menu is logically organized but I spend minutes clicking around and can't find what I want.

I want a single page that lists all the choices. What you have is like looking at the menu through a straw held in someone else's hand. I'm really frustrated that I can't just see a list.

Get rid of the time consuming click back and forth menu and put the choices on a page. Or at least supplement the needlessly interactive monster with a simple list of stuff like varieties of sundaes.
