In 1972 I had an operation and had a limited diet but I could eat dairy queen so for my birthday my husband brought a tupperware mould to our local dairy queen store in north bay ont and between them they layered the mould with fruit and layers of dairy cream and then chilled it. it was then unmoulded, candles were put on it and I had to the best of my knowledge the first icecream cake. Between my husband and the dairy queen people it was the best dairy queen cake to this day
